How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

How can I track my package?

What should I do if my palette arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement.
